We held our biennial Art Show and Auction on the evening of the 29^th August 2024. This a major fund raiser for the P&C and helps offset the cost of experiential activities such as camp for the Senior students.

We were honoured to have Mayor Glen Hartwig and his wife Talitha, and the State Member for Gympie Tony Perrett attend on the night. Thank you to our auctioneer on the night,   Simon Jago, who kept the bidding fast and competitive. It was wonderful to see GSS families, staff and friends of the school come along and participate in some spirited bidding for the amazing items on offer.

There are some very talented people from the Sunshine Coast to Gympie who kindly donated their works to support our school and our wonderful students. So far, the amount raised stands at $3908 and the P&C will gladly accept donations from those who still may have a little left in the bidding account they didn’t spend on the night and take the total over $4000.
