This term we enjoyed our first swimming lesson at the pool. In lead up to this we have practiced sitting and waiting on the bench seat, walking as a group and safe slide in entries into the pool. Out favourite activity at lessons has been rocket arms and the wahu splash balls.

In Maths, everyone loves the hands-on activities and fun while they engage in learning: Identifying numerals, matching and making quantities with hands on manipulatives. We have also have been looking at events over the week and when they occur; making visual calendars.

In English we have enjoyed humorous and interactive lift the flap stories and making sound effects from the book by activating switch buttons.  

Yet again time is flying past and soon it will be report writing time and the end of School PBL celebration in week 10.
