This term Primary and secondary students have been steadily working through their assessment pieces while exploring collage through their responses to a story and reproducing a painting as a collage. There have been some very interesting works of art produced, with great discussion around materials used and positional choices for characters during the creative process.

Early Years students have been responding to stories through art by choosing their favourite part of the story and recreating it as a collage and a drawing. Students have identified haw they feel and what they like and dislike about characters and events in the stories.

We will finish the term off with less stimulus driven responses and more independent and imaginative works of art being produced.
