Over the past term, Early Years 3 has been learning their class routines, to get to know their new teacher and the school expectations. We have really enjoyed learning based around the story ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ and have begun listening to ‘Brown Bear, Brown Bear’. We use communication boards to make choices in response to questions about these stories and include these in our Predictable Chart Writing lessons.

During our maths lessons, we have been learning about shape and number. We have also done some play-based learning in the school gym and during basketball on Mondays! We particularly love outside play.

Alicia and Kate
