Our theme for Dance this term is called Wildlife Watch. Students will be expressing ideas about animals and the environment through dance. They are practicing technical skills using fundamental movements. One of the most important things to learn in the first weeks is performing dance safely. All students are encouraged to practice their Ardy rules.  For some students it is a huge learning experience to consider and practice spatial awareness when performing their dances. It is lovely to see the children expressing their creativity through dance and really enjoying the experience. The following photos are of students exploring how animals move.
