JS4 began the term with a bang. Everyone is working really hard and we are so proud of our students. Over the next 4 weeks we will be working on our science and mathematics tasks and working on or English presentations.

Our silkworms cocooned over the holiday period and this week they are beginning to hatch and lay eggs. We plan on storing the eggs until next year and then sharing them with other classes so they can experience the joy of watching the life cycle of a silk worm in real life.

As part of our science life cycles unit, we have planted seeds into the sides of clear containers. We will be recording the development of the plant from seed to plant.
