Since the last newsletter posting all of the students have been busy learning about Aboriginal symbols and how they can be used in Art works. This has included choosing symbols to make our own stories, practising drawing the symbols on paper and then in sand with our finger or a stick.  After that we recounted our individual stories while we drew the symbol in the sand.
