Howdy to Everyone,

Well, sadly our term is coming to an end. We are creating our final predictable chart book for 2019. The book is about feelings and the images show what our face looks when we are experiencing different feelings. I have thoroughly enjoyed creating our books each week as it has given me an insight into the interests of our wonderful students.

Our maths continues to be a buzzing hive of workers that move through their tasks with independence and experience. All students have progressed and are demonstrating the ability to ask when they need help, follow task instruction and work with peers when required. We have students that have progressed to two and three digit partitioning in a range of ways.

To get into the spirit of the festive season, we are now reading some Christmas texts including a story about Santa taking a holiday in Australia where he visits Australia Zoo, Fraser Island and many other places of interest. We decorated a mini Christmas tree and we will begin some other festive tasks in the next few days.

Ms Bree and Mr Darren continue to support us all in all subject areas and we would like to thank them for all their help this year. We would be lost without them.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for allowing me to work with your beautiful children. We have had a great time learning a range of subjects and skills and I will miss them over the holidays. Have a wonderful holiday, stay safe and we will see you next year.
