Hello everyone.

The Early Years have started the year off with a bang! Our new student Moni and Preppies Jade and Miles are all settling in beautifully and learning how to do school. The other children are all learning our new routines and are setting a very good example for our new students.

Some of the exciting things we’ve been doing so far include planting seeds and watching them grow. The little plants are doing well and we are very interested to see how they change each day. We like watering them too!

We started horse riding last Wednesday and everyone had such a good time. It’s definitely an activity that will be looked forward to each week.

As well as having fun, we are working hard too! We have read some great books, visited the library, chosen a book to take home for the week, completed lots of alphabet work and some writing. We love counting using ‘Helpkidzlearn.com’ on the big interactive screen.

Our two classes join up through the week for music and we enjoy singing and dancing to action songs.

We all agree that the big playground is a great place to play together.

It’s been a busy, happy term so far getting to know each other and the weeks are flying by. We’ll have more to tell you next time.
