What a fun packed year we have had. As the last days loom, I become a little excited (holidays) and a little sad, as I know that I will miss the students and staff. Throughout the year, the students have all grown and matured in many ways. They have proven themselves to be independent, hard working teenagers who have wonderful senses of humour.

Literacy and Mathematics have become opportunities to independently implement strategies. I was fortunate enough to have a proud teacher moment when I witnessed a student encouraging another to use a particular strategy during a maths task.

We finish the year on a high while reflecting on camp, presentations, concerts, awards and lots of laughter. Have a wonderful holiday, I look forward to seeing how everyone has grown in 2023.
