(S1, S2, & yr 9/10 elective students)

We began the unit by establishing rules and etiquette around having permission to take a person’s photo and posting on social media. We then explored the past, present, and future of cameras and photography coming up with some fun ideas for ‘futuristic’ camera.   Over the term we’ve explored the purpose of photos and considered the basic aspects of what makes a photo interesting or appealing. The students have taken numerous photos around the school and are putting their favourites on their usb’s and making an individual Photography Portfolio.  Next term they will have the opportunity to choose one for entry into the Gympie Show.  Until next term,  happy snapping, Ms Sue.
