In Week 5, we said goodbye to Mr Mark (our pre-service teacher completing his placement). We surprised him with a hand-made card and some chocolates and he surprised us with books for the students. How lucky are we?! P3 also welcomed back Miss Dana and it has been wonderful to have her back in our classroom. All of the students definitely missed her as she is such a valuable asset to our class. A couple of Friday’s ago, the Primary sector participated in a lovely experience celebrating our special people for Mother’s Day. We made afternoon tea party treats and enjoyed them in the playground whilst gifting the fantastic presents we made. Currently, we have been very busy engaging in and finishing off our assessments to demonstrate our amazing learning from the first Semester.  Coach Tim sessions have continued and the students have enjoyed practicing new skills to prepare for our Sports Carnival in week 10. We look forward to the remainder of term as we continue to develop our number knowledge, writing skills and spelling and reading through our daily PLD sessions.
