P5 News
Wow! I can’t believe we are half way through the term already.
We have been working hard on our poetry units in English, patterning and time in Maths, investigating natural resources and how natural phenomenon affects the community in science and healthy food and healthy living choices in HPE; and we are now beginning or assessments for the semester.
Two weeks ago, the primary sector held a Mother’s Day afternoon tea. It was lovely to see everyone’s mums, grandma’s Aunties and sisters come along and share a glass of punch and a cup cake.
We had fun in HPE where P5 has visited P2, where we listened to our heartbeats with a stethoscope, investigated changes in our body before and after exercising and beat our heartbeat rhythm on a drum.
