Assessments are underway!  I am constantly surprised as our students demonstrate their understanding of the coding and programming skills taught this semester.  Our students embrace working and playing with technology.  I do love showing the students all of the positive uses of an iPad beyond just gaming.  Literacy develops while researching on the internet, sending and receiving emails, playing educational games, and while using the technology to facilitate communication enhancement. They’ve also used them for music programming, Stop Motion videos, operating robotic devices, and now learning about coding by making their own animations and simple interactive games.  They are having so much fun I’m not even sure they realise they are learning so much.
