Our students have been displaying exceptional behaviour and this is celebrated every week in our Parades with students receiving ‘Student of the Week awards’ and ‘Ardy Certificates’.  We celebrate our great work on Mondays at 12pm for Early Years and 2pm for the remainder of the school.  Please feel free to attend.  

We have increased our collection of manipulative and sensory toys for students to trial, including a selection of ear defenders for our students with auditory sensory issues.   

PBL rewards is fast approaching with a hot chip rewards and extra play times for the Early Years and a range of Arcade games for the Primary, Secondary and Senior sectors.   

In Term 4, Gympie Special School will host the North Coast Region PBL Community of Practice. This is a very exciting time for our school with staff from all over the region attending to see what we do so well.
